In line with its commitment to expanding access to sports, The Canso Foundation has forged a meaningful partnership with Breathe Parkour, a leading organization in the field of Parkour. This collaboration aims to make the exhilarating discipline of parkour more accessible to a wider audience.

What is Parkour

Parkour is the art of moving between point A and point B with efficiency and style, often using walls, rails, and other obstacles to move through a space.

How to Get Involved

Begin with the basics and build up skills from there. Everyone begins in Level 1 and will receive their Level 1 wristband in their first class. As you gain skills, you move up the levels, earn new wristbands and level certificates! No experience necessary.
